Summer Midweek Daysails

Sue Gibson continued organising successful informal day sail lunch trips to Shepards Wharf, Cowes, lunching each time at Island Sailing Club which has wonderful panoramic views across the Solent. SC WOA received a very warm welcome and the food never disappointed! There were typically 8 boats with around 20 people. Visitors to the Solent from other WOA areas joined some of the lunches to the delight of all. Sipping wine on the balcony, enjoying the sunshine and company, this is what midweek sailing is all about!
