WOA Scotland Group Close-of-Season Meeting

Our final meeting of the year will be at FORTH CORINTHIAN YACHT CLUB in Granton on SATURDAY 27th OCTOBER

10:00 -10:30 Coffee and the usual loud chatter about the past season

10:30 - lunch 'Transit through the Forth & Clyde Canal' by Graham Crawford, Secretary FCYC

Buffet lunch and more loud chatter

After lunch Paul Shave speaking on varied local topics from Forth Puffins to Moving on Forth Mud

For a description of the venue, please see FCYC website at www.FCYC.co.uk . The club resides in the old Granton Hotel building overlooking Granton harbour, at No1, Granton Square, EH5 1HE. There are frequent bus links from Waverly Station/Princes Street taking about 20 minutes to reach Granton ( nos. 47 and X47 among others).

The cost of this meeting will be £7 per head, to include a modest buffet lunch, payable on the day to the Treasurer John Oliver.
