This site is owned by the Westerly Owners' Association and is operated on behalf of its members by JayT, 19 Willowdale Close, Petersfield, Hants, GU32 3PS, UK.

By using this site, you have agreed to our terms and conditions. If you don't agree, please cast off now. No hard feelings.

We ask you to remember that this site is provided for the interest of members, by members. Our intention is to enhance the pleasure you get from your Westerly. We will try to be perfect and ensure that everything on this site is accurate, but we're human and doing this for fun. All transactions between us must be viewed in that spirit. Should you spot anything that is wrong, please let us know. We're keen to improve.

You will notice that you can buy membership, club regalia and publications through this site. We hope you do. If you take advantage of this in Europe, the law permits you to cancel, should you change your mind. If you need to do this, please contact the Administration Office (adminoffice@westerly-owners.co.uk), to set the process in motion. If we have already despatched to you, please return our sealed package, unopened, for your money back.

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you.

We acknowledge that tradename "Westerly" and the Westerly logo are the property of their owners. However, the Westerly Owner's Association logo ("WOA") and the words "Westerly Owners' Association" are the property of the Association.

If, like us, you want to wear the Westerly Owners' Association's logo with pride, you can follow the link from this site to a web site operated by Absolute Clothing Limited of Gorleston-On-Sea, Norfolk, UK. They are a third-party provider of leisurewear. We choose to use this Company because we believe they can provide a wide range of styles, colours and sizes; all at better prices than the Association could offer. However, you should read Absolute's terms and conditions. They will apply to your purchase and might be different to ours.

We hope you will find the Absolute Clothing link, and others on this site, of interest. By following a link, you will be leaving the Westerly Owners' Association's site. We believe you will find good guys on the end of these links but if you have any problems, please contact us; we will try to assist you. However, Westerly Owners' Association cannot be held responsible for the activities of third-parties.

Now for some good news, nothing in these terms shall affect your rights as a consumer.

Though we're based in Great Britain, Westerly Owners' Association has members all over the world. However, our Association is subject to the laws of England and Wales. We would hate for things to get that far but any disputes will be resolved, in England, under those laws.

As this site develops we might have to change our terms and conditions from time to time. We will post such changes here - so keep looking.
